Item arrived a day earlier than expected. As the delivery men carried it in, screws were falling out of the bottom of one of the packs. I found the screw bag had been ripped open by a piece of detatched wood full of staples. After checking through the inventory, I was lucky to find only one screw was missing, and I was fortunate enough to be able replace it. On opening the first pack, the 'back panel' was in bits (part of which was the cause of the screw bag being ripped) . It took me an hour to properly re-assemble with the addition of wood glue to beef it up. I had to leave it overnight to allow the glue to set. The back panel is of poor design and construction. I wouldn't kill them to add a bit of glue. The metal bar top also had a significant dent on the front corner. I'm lucky enough to have had the ability to resolve these problems myself and avoid the pain of having to arrange a return or exchange. Not really worth the price paid, considering all the extra work I had to put in and the poor quality. Assembly instructions were reasonably simple to follow, but I found a couple of occasions I had to take bits off and reposition because it didn't quite go together how it should according to the plans. It eventually went together OK, but if you're not technically minded and don't have a lot of tools, you might struggle to assemble this on your own. I needed a rubber mallet, hammer, tape measure, spirit level, drill and bits, screw driver, clamps and a pencil. I don't think I'd buy it again.
