Rowlinson Traditional Pergola

Good and easy to set up! Place for evening vinos!

Unfortunately I read the measurements as 2.7M (L) x 2.4M (W) as a rectangular Pergola not realising until delivery it's a square 2.4M (L) x 2.4M (W) Pergola, the height was tall enough cutting 50cm off the upright poles. There are some badly cracked wood the whole length of some of the rafters and right near the joists (pic 1) for where a rafter is required to sit on the cross beam and on one of the upright posts (pic 2) for which we are going to fill with external wood filler.

Solid and easy to assemble , upright height suited to sinking into soil or cement so cut 500mm off mine would recommend post collars if you want to sit on decking

Not had chance to erect it yet, but Ive unwrapped it and its currently drying out in my garage. Looks very solid and well designed. The posts look like theyre made of 3 pieces of timber laminated together to form a 100mm post. Looking forward to getting it fitted when Ive got a couple of days off work.
