The parasol has been in the garden for less than a week and the canopy has faded from grey to pink and grey stripes

Lights stopped working after a year and if it’s windy it tips even with the weights. But it looks good!

Further to the first Parasol being lost by HERMES COURIERS the SERVICE TEAM were very helpful. The replacement arrived after several weeks and unfortunately was faulty. The SERVICE TEAM were again very helpful and this time HERMES delivered it on time,this parasol works perfectly.

The size

Can't really rate the product, but fancy the £10 for doing so. However, original parasol turned up. Very excited, as was an anniversary present for my wife. "Let's put it together!" said she, "No worries!" said I as the dutiful husband. Step one: Connect the solar panel connector to the connector of the main body of the parasol. Connector of the main body of the parasol smashed (see photograph). As an electronics technician, thinking "No problem, I can get around this!"...no I couldn't (not without another ribbon cable connector (female))! Not willing to admit liability for a bodged job so got on Wayfair website & requested new item. Told old (defective) parasol would be collected within twenty four hours. In time, lady (mid-sixties [I think]) turns up in a less than new Ford Galaxy. Item states on packaging that it is a two person lift. I was willing...courier stated that it would not fit into her vehicle (very diplomatic!) Called Wayfair to tell them of dilemma. Told that they will dispatch new courier, who arrived within twenty four hours to pick up defective item. Informed new parasol inbound, delivery forecast Monday. Writing this at 11:22pm on Thursday. New parasol still not received! My chances of going to anniversary leg-over city, non-existent. Come on Wayfair, you've got my money & I now have orbs like melons. Fair's-fair, get this delivery to me, I'm walking like John Wayne. :.-(
