Great chairs but had some difficulty tightening the knurled knob to fix the seat position; it never seems to get so tight that the chair does not move once being used. Good but not perfectly secure, which can cause some surprises! The leaflet did not indicate which direction tightened and which loosened, although not hard to figure out. But this is minor: we are loving them and use them a lot - at the moment!
