Really not impressed with this item, given how expensive it was. One box was lost in transit and arrived badly damaged, damaging the foam around the poles which then had to be replaced. The protective outer mat of the trampoline also arrived damaged (with two tears in it) - had to get a replacement sent, which doesn’t say much for the qualitylongevity of the item. The outer mat also doesn’t sit well at all - it velcros shut in some areas but not all so flaps about and looks very untidy. Given the number of issues, if we hadn’t already dug a massive hole in the garden I would definitely have returned this trampoline. Not good value for money - would not recommend.
