Sol 27 Outdoor 350cm W x 300cm D Fabric Cover Retractable Patio Awning

Very bad and difficult to follow instruction manual consequently had to workout my self how to assemble, and position awning and wall brackets. The centre wall bracket couldn’t be fitted to main bar as the bolts that held the two halves were in the way, had to remove bolts and drill my own holes to enable me to fit the completed assembly to the wall bracket. Disappointed

Took 8 days to deliver, despite saying 2 days on the order. Several delivery promises made, without result before final delivery 16 days later. Box arrived looking like previously opened and several parts found to be missing. Parts ordered and incorrect parts sent. Part reordered and still waiting almost a month after original order of this item. For the width of this item the 3 brackets (that should come with it) appear insufficient or border line to take the weight and leverage once opened to its full expansion. Previously Wayfair has been excellent, always with a good quality item and delivery, but this item and the broken promises is totally unacceptable and I believe damages the reputation of Wayfair. Not recommended.

I was very disappointed to find that it was a total DIY job. This was not explained before I purchased. When it mentioned that professional assistance was recommended, I presumed that this meant for attaching the awning to the wall, which would be reasonable. I didn't think that I would have to have professional assistance just to put the whole thing togehter. Overall the quality is very good, but I don't know if I will have the awning put together and attached to the wall in time for summer.

Smart shades, but definitely a two-person job to install

It's mad well, however the instructions are a bit poor, took me ages assembling it. Overall its a good product ones put up.
