Good ,product, realistic price. It was obviously well packaged at the start of its journey but by the time it got to me the packaging was pretty battered. Fortunately nothing broken. All the parts were there but I suspect that they had been stored for some time as rust spots were starting to appear on some of the poles. Easily brushed off but much longer and the rust would have taken hold. Haven't put it up yet but the instructions look pretty clear. We'll wait and see. Definitely needs two people to put it up though and make sure you have a powerful masonary drill as 10mm bits are quite large.

Good product for price. Manufacturing quality not great, I had to tap some of the screw holes as they had not been finished correctly which added significant time to build. Happy with final result though

Nice product, TERRIBLE customer service. Arrived after delivery date after I had waited for it even though I had a text message to say it was being delivered. It needed a 2 man delivery. When opened, it had obviously been built already as it had surface rust and scratches on it. Screws were also missing, there were also boot marks on the fabric. We persevered building it as we needed it up, that was another story. If you are not a competent DIY person, don't bother. Really hard to put together. But it is now up. I emailed Wayfair about it being second hand and asked for some money back to reflect the damage. They have not replied. We will not use them again. Normally we shop at John Lewis or Amazon. Wayfair don't come close to meeting the customer service standards of these quality businesses.
