Hi the parasol is so nice but when I buyed I red q&a it says the base comes with it but I only received part of my order base is still not here very hopeless Hi I was never able to use it because of not buying base I asked once which base is suitable but never worked out it i would like if instead I claim because it’s under 3 years protection plan could you please help me out and send me suitable base for this as compensation thanks As I am a disabled person and suffer with fibromyalgia I mostly can’t manage things in time and properly I can’t even manage to work out the suitable base and accurate thing in this summer I would like to use it can you please recommend the base for me I needed it by today so can buy for my big day on 6-6-25

Never been happier strong and sturdy

This umbrella has broken on the attachment which bends. We've tried fixing it but can't seem to secure it.

Nice big parasol but it’s faded in the sun so no longer grey, it’s now got stripes of sun fade on it. Not happy as I’ve only had it 3 months.
