I gave this whole process 4 stars. The arch is wonderful, I’m really pleased with the product. Easy to assemble and looks good. Unfortunately the delivery service was shocking. After 3 days of waiting in and various emails phone calls the parcel was delivered. The lovely lady at Wayfair was very helpful but we were at the mercy of the delivery company who seemed very disorganised. The item was eventually delivered before the delivery window and left round the back of the house even though I was waiting in.

Lovely sturdy arch. Wasn’t too difficult to put together by myself. Only thing I would say is, as your screwing in the bolts don’t too tightly as it’s starts to indent into the metal. That’s why I’ve given it 4 stars. I bought square planters for each side and planted up a passion flower in one and a clematis in the other, which looks lovely. We’ve had strong winds this weekend and it’s not moved. It came well package and quickly. I’m very pleased indeed with my purchase.

Made a huge statement in a boring part of my garden,over the moon with my rose arch,absolutely stunning.

A lovely product which is perfect for our garden. Easy to assemble. Took about 1 hour on my own. I like the fact the side baskets allow for a heavy plant pot which helps stabilise and stop the arch blowing over in strong winds
