I was sceptical about purchasing an ‘ open box’ item but I need not have been, everything looks perfect. Although I’ve not used the fire pit yet (thanks to uk weather) everything has been unpacked and looks as it should. I was kept informed of delivery and everything went very smoothly. I now can’t wait for some good weather to enjoy this lovely set
