Love! Can’t even describe how much we love our Sunjoy Gazebo!

When I finally received my pergola( 4 weeks) it was contained within a very safe & secure packaging. There wasn't any damage. I was amazed at the weight and size of the boxes. The assembly of the pergola took 2 people a total of 12 hours to complete. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Great quality and eye appeal. The pergola was a great addition to my backyard.

One commenter is correct. It is not solid wood. The posts are actually boards which are laminated together & are hollow inside. Customer service was terrible. Delivery called Wednesday & told me they would deliver in 1/2 hr. @ hrs. later, no show. Checked my email and found a message saying delivery was cancelled as my road was closed. Untrue. Pics sent to me of closed road was nowhere near my home. I had people scheduled to help me & was going out of town the next day, Had to cancel those plans. Delivered Friday. Box with metal parts was in terrible condition, with parts sticking out. See photo. Parts were bent. Had to fix as I assembled.This box should have never been put on the truck. Customer service was no help. Assembly went well, I did most of it myself. Tip: Put the plastic roof parts on in the heat of the day. I put them on in the evening when it was cool. When the sun hit it the next a.m., the panels expanded & bowed out. I had to redo. Don't tighten any screws for metal parts until you are sure all parts are aligned, especially the roof panels. We love it. It’s very sturdy and is holding up nice after 4 months. Easy to assemble. Worth the price.

We had been looking for a gazebo for months! Took a chance on mail order :) almost felt like hitting the lottery, the instructions were clear and step by step, all parts were accounted for, (there were even extras!) and labeled perfectly. It took 2 men about 10 hours to cart the pieces to the back and assemble this giant gazebo. Neighbors are now yelling from the park about how beautiful is is and wanting to know where it came from. The product is very sturdy!
