The wreath when arrived did not have ANY LIGHTS fitted requested a replacement which duly arrived still no lights. Gave up at this point

Very disappointed as not the product I ordered, the Chris wreath I received is not pre-lit, it has no lights on it at all. Poor quality wreath & packaged poorly, some of the parts fell off in the box & I’ve had to fix it myself. I would like a full refund as not satisfied.
