41cm Traditional Pinecone Wreath with berries

It was beautiful even though it had cones missing, I put similar in it's place

Awful! Not suitable for hanging on a front door, despite what it states in the description as it’s not waterproof! Glue has gone soggy, chunks of cones/pine etc have fallen off. Useless.

Only thing wrong was that the cones etc came off in transit so had to glue some back on. Otherwise a lovely wreath.

I had to change my original delivery due to work commitments. The process with DHL was initially quite straight forward and they agreed to deliver on the day I had requested. However the delivery was then delayed with no specific date given as to when the item would arrive. When I checked your website however, the item was stated as been delivered on the original date. It is all sorted now but there seem to be no communication between you and DHL and it took several emails to DHL to sort it. It would have caused less confusion if I had had the option of choosing my delivery date on the checkout when I paid and not have to wait until DHL informed of delivery. The item itself was lovely and Iam very happy with my purchase.

Love this full of colours sorry to say but with all the rain the bit and pieces are glued on the rain have caused them to drop off not happy so now their is spaces I have removed it from my front door
