Arrived with missing metal rings around the armholes. Numerous emails back forth with Resolution Team - Sinead Renata. Sent images, however, for some weird reason the holes in the photo did not show the issue! Really! So I had to send videos and again, RenataSinead advised they could not decipher the issue! Shocking way to treat customers. I had initially accepted a partial refund with a customer service advisor, however, this had to be approved by this Resolution Team first. I have never experienced anything like this before from a retail company - shocking! Reported to relevant authorities. Consumers should not have to accept faulty goods!

Love this snowman. He looks good even without the lights on. Love the extra colour lights too. Excellent value for money and as always excellent service from Wayfair.
