Fantastic quality

This furniture is convenient and comfortable. Our garden is windy, and it is easy to fold up the chairs and bring them out again on a regular basis. The furniture alone would have had 5 stars. However, the largest folding chair was broken and I waited some time to get a replacement. The replacement was only a single chair, which was very disappointing, despite phoning and emailing about it being the two-seater several times. So I wasn't so happy with the service from Wayfair.

Product came with hammer marks and the safety catch was missing, had to wait 3 weeks and the suppliers did not get back in contact for the replacement chair and sofa. I’ve been offered a discount but would have preferred the replacement when you spend so much on something. Anyway I’m not going to get anywhere with this so had to leave it at that! Never buying from here again…

This lounge set is made from good quality hardwood and fixings feel strong. Please check measurements before you purchase as the chairs are 1 meter deep so take up quite large footprint. The woven parts are made of plastic which we weren't sure of at first, but on second thoughts this makes the furniture much more durable and easy to clean.

Nice solid set, has extra wide seats, so loads of space. The seat part is a little plasticky but the arms and legs are lovely.

From ordering to delivery the process was easy. Love the furniture. No assemble needed and the quality is very good.

Very solid great looking furniture and fantastic delivery

Nice speedy delivery, ahead of schedule. Furniture looks ok. Perhaps would have preferred something slightly more substantial but at least it can folded away when not in use. Ok for the price I paid.

Very good quality, looks so nice in our garden and also comfortable to sit on. Arrived fully assembled which was great!!!
