I ordered this gate system less than six months ago and the lock broke recently! I like the use, but the lock mechanism is flimsy! You'll need a chain and separate padlock or similar to keep it closed and secure.

Got two and was able to modify to fit to separate gate systems since my plan changed ended up using as three separate gates. More solid that I though would be. Easy to install

This is a great solution for fencing with easy open & close. The trick to easily closing is that is installed on a level surface. The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is that the key is made of aluminium ( or like malleable metal). The key can bend and distort. I am currently trying to have a duplicate made in a stronger metal however they are thicker and don't fit into the lock. Go gentle on the key and you will be happy with this unit.
