Very solidsturdy. Will be a great tool for us. Rolls up the hose well.

Just assembled yesterday and looks ready good . Sturdy chassis and very easy to maneuver around.

The assembly instructions about the side with the hose attachments really needs to be more clear. I spent way too much time figuring it out. I think if the design were changed to have the garden hose attachment in the center of the wheel it would work better. The rest was fine. Works great for winding up.

The drum for the garden hose is surprisingly small in length. The directions are not good leading you in reversing an assy. The hose kinks, no flow. Must buy an elbow. Still no promises. Work in progress here. missing a Beware.

The directions for assembly were not good. I figured it out by reversing a part. The reel is solid and well constructed. I’m pleased and hopeful that it will continue to meet my needs.
