9 Seater Rattan Corner Sofa Set

Very difficult to put together and then we realised we didn’t have the right parts and no feet. I Contacted the customer help line and was offered a discount to purchase feet myself which I did. Excellent support but product left a bit to be desired.

Nice furniture not easiest to assemble as hole a lineaments didn’t match.

We’ve had this for 3 years, it looked lovely when we first got it but sadly (after the warranty expired) the rattan has split all across the back and looks awful now and It has sharp edges! we have always kept this covered in winter and it’s been well looked after so we are really disappointed with the quality, I have contacted von haus who basically said that the warranty only lasts two years and are not interested in resolving the matter. It’s a lot of money to spend on a set which only lasts three years in my opinion, so I would think twice if you are wanting something longer term.

Ordered Saturday afternoon, notified Monday of delivery next day, which I had to postpone but easily sorted. Full assembly required but great product, high quality, very comfortable. Thank you
