You do have to blanket the cushions to keep them together when in day bed layout. Could possibly do with velcro or ties to keep the cushions separating in bed mod. Other than that love it. Comfy and the little side tables are perfectly placed.

The product itself is amazingly great value and quality actually would rate if a 100%. BUT a very big but are the instructions, fortunately I love doing these things, but they are appalling and cannot come under the category of INSTRUCTION. Yours Jacky

I absolutely love my Alba reclining garden sofa. I can't imagine being able to enjoy this wonderful summer as much without it. It wasn't easy to assemble. The instructions (just pictures) aren't too complicated but the assembly was fiddly. All of the parts that you have to tighten together are on the inside. This means that they're not on show but they're awkward to get at. The sofa itself was a 2 person job. The footstool was a 3 person job. The last part required one of us to get inside the stool to complete it - not easy when eyesight is poor and flexibility and dexterity aren't what they used to be! I think the guide of 1 hour is ambitious! Also, the very last bit just wouldn't seem to align, so we had to finish it off with a couple of cable ties to secure it at the bottom and back, where it wouldn't be seen. That all been said, it was definitely worth it. It's very comfortable and stylish and great to have features such as the recliner and the lift-up side "tables". The whole thing seems to be sturdy enough not to be moved by wind but light enough to be able to move around without any trouble.

I love almost everything about this little sofa. It has everything the side tables are great for a cuppa or a drink and snacks The fooot rest can be position sideways to make an L shape sofa The cushions are different thicknesses to make a completely flat bed when the back is lowered to the bed position. The only reason I’ve only given it 4* is because the support for the backrest when in bed position doesn’t stay folded away and has popped up and trapped my fingers a few times
