Initially had an issue with getting heater to start, realized that it was due to the water level needing to be a lot higher than max line. Once levels of water was right hot tub ran smoothly, then after a few days of use using it with no problem in the hot weather the water temp reached 43 so just had to follow the steps to fix it. We are so far loving it and have had lots of lovely days and evenings in it

I would love to be writing a lovely review on this hot tub but unfortunately due to the heater malfunctioning on the first day and customer care emailing me the same troubleshooting suggestions I'm stuck with a hot tub that is useless. I have requested a Refund in the allocated time but also have had no success forcing the issue of seeking outside advice for paying for faulty goods

Thank you for asking how much I'm enjoying my garda hottub. Answer is I'm not as you omitted to send me the outer liner and then had the audacity to confirm it HAD been included in the delivery. Well, no it hadn't, and after various emails to and fro, I now learn firstly that (a) you don't have any white ones and later (b) that you don't have any outer liners at all in stock. So as I say, all I can do is look at the other contents of the delivery which are cluttering up my conservatory whilst I await your next email. BTW, I emailed you again this morning but haven't had a reply yet. Not impressed.

Upgrading from an inflatable tub, this is a massive step up in comfort. Running costs are an awful lot lower too. Get one :)

Spacious and easy to put together and maintain, downside is the filter doesn't seem to be strong enough and filters need changing weekly
