This tub is very sturdy. Seems to be very efficient although I’ve only had it up for a week. I like the way that the temperature is very consistent and doesn’t bounce around like some other tubs that I’ve had

I've had it for 2 wks. Lots of good about the como.Absolutely love getting in here WHEN the water is HOT. The filtration system is not adequate! I can clean, replace with new filters and it only heats up for a day because the filters always clog and restrict flow to heater. I understand maintaining is important here but dang. Everyday with the filters. Is there an auxiliary filtration system I could fit to make this better? I want this thing hot on demand.

Heater doesn't work, wave not responding to my emails.

Initially had an issue with getting heater to start, realized that it was due to the water level needing to be a lot higher than max line. Once levels of water was right hot tub ran smoothly, then after a few days of use using it with no problem in the hot weather the water temp reached 43 so just had to follow the steps to fix it. We are so far loving it and have had lots of lovely days and evenings in it

I would love to be writing a lovely review on this hot tub but unfortunately due to the heater malfunctioning on the first day and customer care emailing me the same troubleshooting suggestions I'm stuck with a hot tub that is useless. I have requested a Refund in the allocated time but also have had no success forcing the issue of seeking outside advice for paying for faulty goods
