Ordering was a breeze and all pieces arrived quickly. But the set up instructions are TERRIBLE. The pics in the manual are out of focus and no help. The videos on the website are also very little help. There are parts mentioned one time in the manual that are not listed anywhere else nor is there a picture of them. The app is also a joke. Thankfully, after searching, we found some YouTube videos that were helpful. All that said, once assembled, I am really enjoying the hot tub. We’re two weeks in with no issues so far.

Great easy to set up Hot Tub with no additional electrical work required. Easy to assemble and after 1 month of use, works like a charm. I would recommend Wave engineers find a better filter solution vs filters attached to the sidewalls and I would like to see more timer settings on the wave App so that I could start & stop my filter x2 per day without physically logging on the App. Other than these two items, we are very happy with our purchase.

This tub is very sturdy. Seems to be very efficient although I’ve only had it up for a week. I like the way that the temperature is very consistent and doesn’t bounce around like some other tubs that I’ve had

Heater doesn't work, wave not responding to my emails.

Initially had an issue with getting heater to start, realized that it was due to the water level needing to be a lot higher than max line. Once levels of water was right hot tub ran smoothly, then after a few days of use using it with no problem in the hot weather the water temp reached 43 so just had to follow the steps to fix it. We are so far loving it and have had lots of lovely days and evenings in it
