Defrates Outdoor Wicker Loveseat

Great quality product,shipping was fast.I bought the side chair as well and these products Ive owned for a few years now and it still looks great!

The screw holes didn’t line up so it was impossible to put together. I wasted my time and effort unpacking it, putting it back in the box, having to pay 80 in return shipping because I failed to take a picture of the misaligned screws before I repacked it (plus return cost for the matching chair that they will not pay anything for). Now I’ve been having to call FedEx every day to try to manage the pickup that keeps getting delayed. I won’t be buying furniture from here again.

Needed two people to put together. But otherwise this is a lovely piece and a great addition to our patio

The loveseat was solid gray - not variegated as shown in picture. Was trying to match a lighter wicker chair with lighter colored part of loveseat. Had to return. Wayfair customer service very helpful

Sits nice. The hardware was not great, so it made putting it together, especially the arms not fun. My husband has not trouble putting things together, but he stated the screws were not quality which made it difficult to put together. We do like it for our porch.
