It was delivered damaged and slightly out of shape but the Customer Service team were excellent and I decided to keep the item and receive some money off the full price. Happy with the outcome.

The product arrived earlier than expected which was great. We had a problem with packaging but it was dealt with immediately and the service was second to none. The swing is great and we have had no issues with the actual swing.
