Barton 4 - Person Seating Group with Cushions

The set arrived last Friday (21/08/2020) in the evening, and I started to assemble it at the very same evening. Chairs and table are good, but the sofa's back was broken out from the box. Screws damaged a wooden beam so it can't be used to hold a seat. I filled in the form asking for a replacement the same Saturday but still no response from the shop (27/08/2020). I do not have much space to store all the remaining parts, so I have a mess in my living room for a week already. Disgusting.

Really great quality set! Being stuck at home the past few months it has gotten quite a bit of use.

Also optisch bin ich ja schon zufrieden, aber die Qualität dieser Möbel ist leider nicht den Kaufpreis Wert. Wie auf dem Bild zu sehen ist das Holz viel zu dünn. So kann es nicht stabil sein. Die Konstruktion ist wirklich minderwertig verschraubt. Der Sprung auf dem Bild war von Anfang an da. Hätte ich die Sitzgruppe aufgrund einer Veranstaltung nicht dringend gebraucht, wäre sie wohl zurück gegangen.
