Good product, only criticism it could do with a hole in the bottom, but still, good quality, and exactly what I was after. Victoria. Shrewsbury, GB. Sun Nov 15 2020

My fire pit was delivered on Bank Holiday Monday with only two hours’ notice. The box arrived in a very damaged condition and, after opening it, I found that several parts were missing. I contacted your automated hotline, which was not helpful, and was told that replacement parts will take a further 10 days to arrive. (Still waiting on confirmation) This delay means I will now miss my deadline, as the fire pit was purchased specifically for a family BBQ the following weekend. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect this issue to be resolved as a matter of urgency. Anonymous. Wed May 06 2026

Even though we've had some hot days I've lit the firepit once it gets cooler . It's cherry. I've burned some dead wood from pruning and bought some split logs ready for cooler days. I'm happy.. Margaret. Wed Aug 20 2025
