The fire pan has an external crank for individual height settings which allows for ideal grilling heat control. A side air valve assists for maximum air circulation control for grilling at high temperatures over long periods of time. The shell and drawer are easily removed and allow for easy cleaning.

I’ve had mine 3 years now. The cooking area is massive compared to my previous grills. This makes it perfect for offset cooking. Also, there is plenty of roo to cook pizza’s alongside the traditional steaks, burgers and sausages etc.. Controlling the heat is straightforward, I’ve successfully managed a consistent 200° for over 4 hours, the temp only dropping when I re-fuelled it. Because I offset cook, I can smoke food, although an option of a chimney on one side would have been good…. The door ar the front allows good access to top up the coals It’s extremely easy to clean, the grills come out using the lifting tool supplied and the trays contain the ashes well and the bottom tray collects all the ash and slides out for easy cleaning. The BBQ still look almost new, even after constant summer use with a family or 4 plus guests!!! I coat the outside with virgin olive oil before I wrap it up for winter. I am very pleased. It provides a sturdy platform and plenty of storage, with a large shelf and two side tables, together with a comfortable working height. Two wheels on one side allow the trolley to be manoeuvred with ease. The plancha can be used with either propane or butane, although we recommend propane as it burns hotter which is better for cooking.

After building the BBQ this week I find that it is dented in two places which is not good as one is in the front by the controls and for everyone to see the other is inside the cooking area which luckily is not seen. All in all disappointed that it must of left the warehouse/factory like this as the two areas were well packed and protected and the boxes were not damaged.. Steve. Cuxton Rochester, GB. This characteristic charcoal barbecue works on wood and coal. To control ventilation there is a wooden handle on the cover (this way you won’t burn your hands). On the sides there are 2 working tables, also made of wood and a lower shelf which is handy to store your barbecue accessories. This charcoal barbecue has two wheels, these allow you to move the barbecue around.

I have not used the barbecue yet, but I must say it looks and sturdy; however, we could have done with better instructions about the different sizes of screws. they all looked the same and we had to swap several who were a tiny bit too long in their first location, but just right a bit later on; and vice versa.
