This really missed the mark for my first wayfair purchase!
1. It came in three deliveries making it difficult to know if anything was missing until it was all unboxed and organised for assembly.
2. The assembly instructions are very poor.
3. We’re still assembling after three days, my husband and I are very competent having installed our own kitchen, bathroom and built a big (4x5 mtr) wooden summer house.
4. It does NOT come with cushions. If you check the product detail’s carefully you will notice this, I did not and as I was comparing to other products that did not show cushions in the product pages I mistakenly thought cushions would be included, especially because some sets were shown with different colour cushions. What makes it worse is that you cannot purchase cushions to fit the set from the brand and have to consider specially made cushions are double the cost.
5. The quality of the pine is really very poor, with several pieces that are split, there are also some slightly longer pieces meaning you have to check before assembling each chair.
Overall I would NOT recommend this product or ANY of the wooden self assembly garden furniture.
