I received the package in quick time from placing my order. I have the clock on test hung on the wall in our dining room at home and it is keeping good time. It is an attractive design and exactly what I wanted. However I will have to spray paint it in a chocolate brown colour to match where it is going outdoors to contrast on a beige stone wall. I foresee a problem coming up when I hang it on the wall as the clock has a single hook device positioned at top dead centre and is very light in weight, and so in low to high winds it will most probably blow off the wall. So, myself being an engineer, I will need to add some more fastening points around the periphery of the dial in order to secure it permanently to the wall. It should be water proof as the battery box is placed in a deep recess in the back in the centre of the dial. The hands are black but I will just paint the tips in gold colour for a good contrast..
