Take dining al fresco to great heights with this beautifully hand crafted Bali folding teak chair. Manufactured using sustainable sourced A-grade teak, this Bali folding garden chair can remain outdoors all year round with minimal maintenance, guaranteeing years of trouble free and fruitful use.

Eucalyptus is one of the most robust wood types, with properties similar to teak. This furniture does not require any special care and is weatherproof. It is advised to use standard caring oil for solid wood in order to keep the original colour as long as possible. Otherwise, the furniture may take on a grey tone over time, which is preferred by some people. For extra comfort, the chairs' backrests can be adjusted to eight different positions and can be folded when not in use so they do not take up too much storage space. The set is being delivered fully mounted.

Bought 3 sets to replace existing garden dining chairs that have served us well for 15 years. The Peony chairs as not as robust as the ones being replaced (but what is these days) though were considered to be acceptable quality for the price paid with the added benefit that they were already pre-assembled unlike chairs available from others at a similar cost. Delivery arrived before the estimated delivery date even though they were coming from Germany; the products were well packaged in heavy duty cardboard boxes with no damage during transit. The quality and finish of the chairs is good and there are no issues with poor quality finishing or staining as sone reviewers have reported. Hopefully these Peony chairs will give many years of good service. One slight irritation was that two weeks after we bought the the chairs the price was reduced by £30 per set. John. Buckinghamshire. Solid folding chair Dorielle with armrests, frame made of dark green powder-coated steel and slats. For the sake of the environment: Only real Robinia wood is used. The wood comes from European forests and not from tropical rainforest areas. It has almost the same properties as tropical woods (e.g. teak). The frame of the Dorielle collection is made of solid flat steel. This is powder-coated in the colour moss green (RAL 6005). Plastic floor protectors are mounted on the base plates. The processed Robinia hardwood is extremely weather-resistant. Except for occasional re-oiling, it does not require any special care. The slats are attached with continuous screws, ensuring maximum strength, just like classic beer garden furniture.

Chunky and traditional in look, high in oil content, able to withstand daily use. All joints mortise and tenon secured with dowels. Made from grade a teak which appears as a warm honey colour and will over time will turn a silver grey. Grade a teak is slightly oily to touch as it is very dense and rich in protective oils, naturally resistant to the elements and extremely long lasting.

These chairs are foldable for easy stowing (during winter) and transport. The frame is made of robust flat steel and has a back powder coat, while the slats are made from teak. The metal feet have plastic caps to prevent scratches on sensitive floors.
