We made the order easily and the trampoline arrived afew weeks early than had been advised. We didn’t put it together closer to Christmas Day and found that the jumping mat had a split in it I emailed Wayfair with photos and had an amazing email offering to give us part refund or replacement, due to the amount spent and for safety I asked for a new jump mat and we got it no bother in a few weeks very impressed with service would recommend Wayfair and have to others since. Absolutely brilliant. We bought this to replace our other trampoline that broke after a year and even after two days of it being up, it’s wild to see the difference in the quality. The whole thing was probably up in less than three hours and that was in between minding an overly excited three year old and putting it together alone.
