I read it needed assembly, figured that was the trellis. However, you have to put together the planter part as well. A couple of screws hard to get in but the gaps, so called free draining slots. Well it does not site flush, compost falls out so putting just pots in it. Disappointed but still looks nice for the price. Secondly, DHL didn’t deliver on the scheduled date because couldn’t gain access!! when they delivered driver told me he’d gone to wrong address. Sadly if DHL is the only delivery option I wouldn’t order again. Edit: trellis won’t fit, one for screw is way off and the other is slightly off. Looks like I’m returning.. June. Our raised bed is made from natural fir wood so is strong as well as reasonably light in weight. The wood has been treated with a clear preservative. Other benefits from growing in raised beds include protection from pests such as slugs and snails, as well as reduced competition for water and light from other plants.
