First of all 5 stars and more to Wayfair especially to Lucy in customer services for sorting out the issues we had with the summer house. Summer house arrived on time. Good communication from the delivery company regarding emails and text messages - no problems until we started to check the package. So due to the issues we had I am only giving the summer house 3 stars at a push simply for the quality of the summerhouse. Sadly the workmanship is a little poor, nails either too far in creating holes for you to fill with wood filler, or nails that need an hammer to tap in but not all can be tapped in due to how near the nails are to the windows. (Windows are perspex and not glass). Nails sticking out here there and everywhere. Arrived with some parts damaged, 1 x window dropped out as it wasnt nailed in (nails missing). Bits of wood broken and cracked which we managed to sort. Instructions are pretty poor but we are skilled people so we did work it out eventually. Panels arrived with nails in wrong places or nails cracking the wood nails also where they shouldn't be so had to be cut off using a dremel (couldn't hammer them back out due to the angle they had been put in during the manufacturing process). We bought extra sanding sheets and wood filler before painting it. The reason we didn't send it back was due to the fact we do actually love it and it was the correct and perfect size for our small garden. Took roughly 3 to 4 hours to put up and took around 3 coats of paint over a few days. Rang Wayfair and supplied them with plenty of photos of the damages and flaws. Wayfair were absolutely fantastic so we will definitely use them again.. Mrs Smith. GB. Sun Sep 01 2019

Lovely once erected but it didn’t go up easily because one side panel was warped . The construction is up and I am pleased with the overall effect, although the doors as yet don’t open and run smoothly due to temperature changes and there’s quite large gaps between. I’m hoping this can be rectified by the builders. Oh and the shed door handle was rusty. I’ve still given 4stars. Jill. GB. Wed Jul 03 2019

Absolutely dreadful product as it comes self-assembly gets dropped on the road without notification or assistance and signed the delivery themselves. Complained to MGP however they refused to assist in any way, this product comes with far too many screws, packages, different size batons, posts, pole screws etc it is impossible to know how to assemble this looking at the instructions that they provide and don’t be fooled when you look at the install instructions on the Wayfair website that tell you MGP will email and you will get this installed without any fuss as they refuse to have anything to do with it have now complained for two months to Wayfair who initially agreed a refund and collection of the item hundreds of conversations and emails and chat later I am still waiting and very, very frustrated. This is a large amount of money for me and I cannot afford to take this any longer.. Having A Breakdown. Norfolk. Thu Aug 27 2026

The Tiger Summerhouse is the perfect garden escape. The half glazed Georgian double doors and windows ensure the building is bright with natural light-perfect for those summer days. The summerhouse is crafted from superior grade tongue and groove shiplap cladding and heavy-duty roofing felt provides year-round protection. The roof and floorboards are also high-quality 12mm tongue and groove, so you can be sure that the building will be your garden retreat for many years. The Summerhouse is made to order in Tiger's Leeds based mill.

This modular pent summerhouse is extremely versatile, due to the fact that the side panels can be assembled in any order. An updated take on a classic apex design constructed with superior grade 12mm thick shiplap cladding and extra-thick 44x28mm framing, this well-crafted summerhouse will suit a variety of your needs. A light airy place to work or a pleasant space to relax and enjoy your garden.

Our Summer house has provided a beautiful and practical space we wanted for our garden. The minimal instructions to put it together didn’t reflect the graft required for such a project, however we would highly recommend this product. We researched many DIY summer houses and this one ticked all the boxes. Glazed windows, treated wall and roof materials, great value and delivery of the panels and kit arrived 2 weeks earlier than promised. Thank you Wayfair and Tiger Sheds!!. Fiona. West Molesey, GB. This handmade corner summerhouse is a superb way of making the most of what can be a boring part of the garden or patio! Designed to fit neatly into the corner, this makes a perfect retreat. This lovely garden room has two joinery-quality opening windows and fully glazed, large double doors allowing plenty of light. It is constructed on 44mm square framing and clad with planed 12mm Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow-grown, FSC-approved northern European pine. The roof and floor are both T&G. This corner house is supplied with a dip-treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat in your own choice of wood paint or stain immediately after installation. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. (Imperial dimensions are approximate to the nearest foot, please refer to the exact metric dimensions in the data given). Before you assemble your building, you will need a base that is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil, or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

My wife is semi invalid and really loves the summer house, she is going to make cards and do some painting when the weather warms up.. Robert. Taunton, GB. Sat Feb 09 2019
