Features double doors to the front giving excellent access for furniture. The Oatland is constructed from high grade overlap cladding to the walls over 34 mm strong framing with OSB floor and roof. The glazing is acrylic for your safety. Manufactured in the UK from high grade Northern European, FSC certified timber and finished with a honey brown basecoat preservative treatment ready for your own top coat of stain or paint. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Imperial measurements are rounded so please refer to the metric sizes for accuracy. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

The house set includes all the details needed for installation: impregnated base frame, wall details, floorboards and moldings, roof beams, boards and moldings. The package also contains hardware (screws, nails, etc.). The house set does not include any roof covers but it`s possible to buy bitumen shingles available in different colours or roofing felt.

Nails where inappropriate to secure the shed, styrene for windows very poor quality, roof felt not heavy graded! I used my own screws to put the shed together, I have temporarily used the felt provided, but intend to put heavier grade felt over top to compensate for the poor quality felt received.
