Had a difficult job finding this size for our opening but we found this one :) Gate is solid and looks as pic dies. My husband’s quite handy & was able to fit this ok ..took him around 45 mins. The gabion itself is nice. Fairly easy to assemble with two people. However, before you consider getting one, remember these things. You will have to fill it. If you’re buying stones, it will be AT LEAST another 300 for those. I put cinder blocks in the back where they would not be seen to take up space at a much lower cost. You will notice I have huge gaps because I used big, irregular stones. Also very difficult to lower heavy stones into the cage and place precisely. I gave up on that. If you want it nice like their photo you will have to use smaller, more uniform rocks. Probably more expensive. The cage got deformed by my stones so the top was more difficult to lock down. Modern contemporary tall bow top single garden gate. Note: listed sizes fit a total POST TO POST GAP, the hinge and latch gaps are already accounted for. The physical width of the gates is less than the listed width, see selected size image for measurements. Physical height to top of bow is as listed. The frame under the bow top height is 1422mm. Electro-galvanized for added rust resistance and powder coated black, the finish must be inspected and any chips touched up. The galvanizing is not a 100% rustproof guarantee. Like any outdoor metal product, it may need to be painted every couple of years to ensure long life. Moving parts will need to be touched up on a regular basis. Fittings supplied can be fixed to brick walls, metal or wooden posts. It comes with angle brackets, bolts, a rocker latch, and wall-mounted catch, but no screws. Nuts and bolts must be painted after fitting to prevent the onset of rust. Made from solid metal frames 25mm x 8mm and infill bars 10mm and 6mm diameter. Instead of putting in the yard, I set this gabion 3 of them on the edge of my patio for a retainer wall, I filled it with paver columns, and put the stones in between them.
