Hi the parasol is so nice but when I buyed I red q&a it says the base comes with it but I only received part of my order base is still not here very hopeless Hi I was never able to use it because of not buying base I asked once which base is suitable but never worked out it i would like if instead I claim because it’s under 3 years protection plan could you please help me out and send me suitable base for this as compensation thanks As I am a disabled person and suffer with fibromyalgia I mostly can’t manage things in time and properly I can’t even manage to work out the suitable base and accurate thing in this summer I would like to use it can you please recommend the base for me I needed it by today so can buy for my big day on 6-6-25. Seems of good quality especially for the price (others I looked at ranged from £100 to £700). It is quite heavy. Metal pole is likely to be more durable than the fragile wooden ones I've had in the past. The winder mechanism is good and enables my mother to raise and lower it using her one good hand. She can't reach the tilt mechanism as it is too high. A trivial thing, but I like the fact they have put an end cap at the bottom of the pole and a ferrule at the join in the middle.. D. Verwood, GB.
