My parcel arrived 5 days late even though I had been told it had been lost. Both ends of the packaging had clearly come open and an attempt to tape it back up failed. I did speak to your automated bot when I was told it was missing and I was offered a replacement which I accepted but have heard nothing since. No email confirmation. In all a really bad experience with Wayfair and DHL. I refuse to accept the damaged item and will hopefully be able to talk to a human who can arrange a replacement for me.. Anonymous.
