Parasol base is important. It doesnt come with it. If try to find whic is compatible on the phone they give you a code and you wait like more than 30 minutes. the product seems alright but service needs to improved. I am buying a parasol but there is no help nearly its been few days it has been delivered I will give more update once used for long term. Seb. Thu May 23 2024
