Parasol base is important. It doesnt come with it. If try to find whic is compatible on the phone they give you a code and you wait like more than 30 minutes. the product seems alright but service needs to improved. This item is great! Well packaged arrived before due date, delivery driver very polite and adhered to social distancing, item easy to set up. A little heavy and clumsy maybe for some people once the 2 bits are together and they might need assistance to put it up in place. The handle is easy to use and the parasol goes up and down very smoothly, and stays up unlike some Ive had in the past the jar and slowly come down. We live on top of a hill in Wales and it has had substantial weather conditions thrown at it already and it has survived very strong winds and rain already and still looks brand new.
