I was not impressed by the quality of this product. The umbrella had a flimsy cap on to cover the top of the umbrella. It had fallen off. I think this product had been dropped as the plug it went into was dented. if it had been metal this wouldn't have happened. Returned as damaged to goods.. Belinda. Birdham Chichester, GB. The parasol is very light and easy to carry.Ideal for commercial and residential use.Ideal for garden, terrace and balcony.

Anonymous. Thu Oct 05 2023

I researched for a long time trying to find a good quality parasol. I decided if I paid more then the quality surely would be better, this parasol cost double the equivalents and it is NOT worth it. The quality and workmanship is poor, with threads hanging in places on the fabric and parts of the parasol being plastic when for the price you would expect aluminium.. Francesca. Very nice. Elegant looking easy to put together. Laura. London, GB. Sat Jul 08 2023

This item is great! Well packaged arrived before due date, delivery driver very polite and adhered to social distancing, item easy to set up. A little heavy and clumsy maybe for some people once the 2 bits are together and they might need assistance to put it up in place. The handle is easy to use and the parasol goes up and down very smoothly, and stays up unlike some Ive had in the past the jar and slowly come down. We live on top of a hill in Wales and it has had substantial weather conditions thrown at it already and it has survived very strong winds and rain already and still looks brand new. The colour is a subtle beige which is very sleek and modern. It fits most standard parasol bases also which is great. All in all a well made product, oh and it is toddler proof too!. A1.m. Wales Gb. I was very pleased with this parasol and it’s a good size. The only problem was that the plastic casing for the screw fitting at the bottom of the pole, was cracked and a piece had snapped off. The parasol itself is fine, but we were surprised that there was no base with it. On your website the parasol is definitely shown with a large base, and there is no mention that one would have to be purchased separately, or as in the instructions to assemble that concrete blocks would need to be placed on the base to hold it down. A little bit of miss selling here, your comments please.. Julia Langford. Southmoor Abingdon, GB. Wed Aug 05 2020
