Rectangular in shape, this parasol is very modern. Practical, it is easy to handle thanks to the non-return crank, the tilting handle, and the rotation pedal with which it is equipped. In addition, it adapts to your needs because it can be tilted and folded down once opened. It has a well-thought-out canopy at the top that allows air to circulate and prevents the sunshade from catching the wind in a light breeze. Its cross-shaped base must be fixed on hard ground or weighted down with dedicated slabs. With an aluminum frame and epoxy-painted steel ribs, the is resistant to outdoor conditions. Made of polyester, it is also coated so it's also water-repellent. Please note that this parasol is sold separately, without a parasol base. It is essential to use a base to ground this cantilever parasol.

This is such a large and solid item with a brilliant range of movement it’s really impressive. My only disappointment was some really poor stitching on the fabric. I sorted it and hope this was a one off as it really does seem like a great quality item. This comes with a base but YOU NEED WEIGHTS. Even when not windy. These are sold separately (as always with parasols) so avoid disappointment by ordering some at the same time!. Amanda. Lytham. Sat Jul 31 2021
