Parasol base is important. It doesnt come with it. If try to find whic is compatible on the phone they give you a code and you wait like more than 30 minutes. the product seems alright but service needs to improved. It can be rotated 360 degrees with a foot pedal lock. It is supplied with a powder-coated anthracite-colored aluminum frame with an " x " base plate ready for heavy slabs to be placed on top. There is an optional Jenifer plastic freestanding water-fillable base unit that is available to purchase separately (shown in the photo). This is not included! The base is an additional product and must be purchased separately. It is filled with water or sand. The parasol comes with an x-leg. You can buy slabs from a builder merchant or DIY store. This is such a large and solid item with a brilliant range of movement it’s really impressive. My only disappointment was some really poor stitching on the fabric. I sorted it and hope this was a one off as it really does seem like a great quality item. This comes with a base but YOU NEED WEIGHTS. Even when not windy.
