Parasol base is important. It doesnt come with it. If try to find whic is compatible on the phone they give you a code and you wait like more than 30 minutes. the product seems alright but service needs to improved. This is the product I ordered - a rectangular parasol with a 5cm diameter pole. I received a round/hexagonal parasol with a 3.8cm pole and had to fight with a customer service rep for over an hour, escalate the dispute and dispute it with Klarna.
