Absolutely dreadful product as it comes self-assembly gets dropped on the road without notification or assistance and signed the delivery themselves. Complained to MGP however they refused to assist in any way, this product comes with far too many screws, packages, different size batons, posts, pole screws etc it is impossible to know how to assemble this looking at the instructions that they provide and don’t be fooled when you look at the install instructions on the Wayfair website that tell you MGP will email and you will get this installed without any fuss as they refuse to have anything to do with it have now complained for two months to Wayfair who initially agreed a refund and collection of the item hundreds of conversations and emails and chat later I am still waiting and very, very frustrated. I chose this summerhouse for its T&G floor and roof, and tempered glass. It went together very well with 2 people. Good instructions supplied, just remember to silicone all the joints as advised, and to measure the opening to fit the doors before screwing down the front apex. Product arrived on time, no problems there. Product as described and construction is of average quality. For what we wanted,- a storage shed for garden furniture that looked attractive when set in the garden it’s just fine. However, as a Summer house the construction is somewhat flimsy and wouldn’t put up with much active wear and tear. The roofing felt provided only just covered the roof and was of thin quality so we thought it necessary to place a second layer of tougher, more substantial roofing felt.
