This smoker has 3 different levels inside, letting you grill both directly and indirectly, and with the lid closed you can smoke the food too. This makes the Beef Butler Offset Charcoal Smoker and Grill suitable for all kinds of American classics, like spare ribs, pulled pork or beef brisket. The 4 ventilation flaps can be opened and closed individually to help control the smoking process, and the container for the charcoal is easy to remove too. 2 generous wooden shelves let you store grilled meat and barbecue utensils with ease, while the larger front shelf can be folded for easy storage when not in use, or when space is tight. Despite its size, the grill is easy to move too, thanks to its handle and easy-running trolley wheels, and can even be placed on uneven surfaces. On the lower grated shelf, there's plenty of extra space for various barbecue utensils, such as charcoal, cutlery and dishes too.
