The first table was delivered damaged the tiled top had pieces broken off. A replacement was sent very quickly, unfortunately the replacement is not of great quality with small pieces of tile also missing and looks like a seconds but we could not be bothered to go to the trouble of returning it so have kept it. This is a great dining table and perfect for eating out. It’s ideal for two people . I purchased the grey - which was an identical match in colour to match my corner garden sofa . It is easy to adjust to the coffee table- but needs two people. You do need two people to assemble - and it took us 60 minutes- the instructions state 45 minutes and we are not brilliant at these projects usually - so I am sure others would complete in the 45 minutes. The assembly instructions are not good, we thought it would have a composite top (if we had known we would not have purchased it. This stylish Italian designed extending table in anthracite is strong and durable. The table top has an interesting perforated hole pattern with a matt and slightly textured finish while the table legs are round with a satin finish. Designed for use outside or in, it will seat between 6 to 8 if extended. When not extended the spare leaf can be stored under the table for ease. The table can also accommodate a parasol in it's centre when both closed or extended. Manufactured in Italy from a high-quality mould using glass-fibre reinforced resin the table has integrated UV inhibitors and is low maintenance, simply wipe down with a cloth when required. The legs are aluminium and have adjustable feet to achieve steady footings. Assembly is required but is not too taxing.
