This heavy-duty round picnic table is perfect for any commercial or heavy usage setting. It is a sturdy and significant piece of garden furniture. The wood is pressure-treated with Tanalith E to help prevent rotting and decay. Pressure-treating forces the treatment deeper into the wood so the timbers have a much longer lifespan than ordinary treatments. The timbers are also patterned with anti-warp grooves so there will be no buckling or warping due to temperature changes. Natural splitting and cracking may occur but will not affect the lifetime or structure of the product.

It wasn't too hard to put together though the diagrams in the instructions could have been more accurately drawn. It took 2 of us a good while to assemble due to the pre-drilled holes not all being accurate enough. It also needs to be turned over at least once to put it together and it's heavy so you will need some extra pairs of hands. Once assembled it is sturdy and looks good. A couple of minor design faults where small 'holes' are open to the weather may mean the water gets in over a period of time. We filled them and stained it in the hope it'll last a fair while. It is constructed with extra thick 32 mm timbers for strength and durability. The product can easily withstand heavy daily usage. Please note: This item has been dip treated to prevent fungal attacks and rotting which may mean a light green tinge can be seen on your bench or picnic table. Over time the green tinge will quickly disappear and you will be left with a natural pine-coloured bench.

This is perfectly normal and does not affect the longevity or structural strength of the product.
