If I could give no stars I would. I wanted a chair with a canopy to keep the sun off my face. This will do that as if you angle the canopy to protect your face it collapses onto you, smashing you in the face. My product arrived in the box damaged. When contacting Wayfair to ask for a replacement I was told I couldn't have one but could have replacement parts of a partial refund. As there were so many damaged elements I asked for a replacement. I was told I couldn't have one. In the end I accepted a partial refund hoping that the damage would largely be not visible once I had put the various parts together. However, once I tried to construct it was apparent that it had been sent with the front legs attached the wrong way around and this had caused very visible damage to the arms of the chair. I had to reset the legs. Once you attach the lower leg support you'd better not want to store your chair as it will not fold up. I love this big easy. I've had it for some years now and I it's still going strong despite the sun cover having recently torn off (that's after 6 years). It is a comfortable shape and has a gentle rock, when you're in position. However getting in and out can be a comedy show, especially if there is more than one of you, because it sways vigorously and the sun shade is low and can catch you on the head. It is also fairly slippery so you may not always stay where you began. Because it's low to the ground, moves, and has a low sun shade it's not suitable for those with mobility issues.
