If I could give no stars I would. I wanted a chair with a canopy to keep the sun off my face. This will do that as if you angle the canopy to protect your face it collapses onto you, smashing you in the face. My product arrived in the box damaged. When contacting Wayfair to ask for a replacement I was told I couldn't have one but could have replacement parts of a partial refund. As there were so many damaged elements I asked for a replacement. I was told I couldn't have one. In the end I accepted a partial refund hoping that the damage would largely be not visible once I had put the various parts together. However, once I tried to construct it was apparent that it had been sent with the front legs attached the wrong way around and this had caused very visible damage to the arms of the chair. I had to reset the legs. Once you attach the lower leg support you'd better not want to store your chair as it will not fold up. When I reported these issues after accepting the partial refund and asking to return I was told no. Appalling customer service. A birthday present I wish I'd never had.. Anonymous. Fri May 02 2025

For the money it's OK because similar loungers can be double the price. I like the covered phone compartment complete with padlock though not sure that's needed in your back garden :) My gripe was the condition it arrived in. Box was fine but the chair looked like it had done 2 rounds with a carpark. Filthy dirty and sides full of scratches. The photos do not do justice to the condition. Just how can it be so dirty and scratched. It's a shame because it really is a decent lounger for money. Fingers crossed yours is clean and Mark free. I can't load photos because it says wrong file. The time has come - summer is just around the corner and it is time to finally recharge your batteries in the sun. With this sun lounger, you can relax and unwind in your garden, on your terrace, balcony or even on the beach. The backrest of the deck chair is adjustable in 5 positions, so you can either lean against it and read a book or move the backrest further back to a horizontal position to lie down and relax. This high-quality fabric is breathable and saves you from a "sticky" seat on hot summer days. The angle of the sun visor can also be adjusted so that you can enjoy a relaxing time at any time of the day while the sun visor protects your face from the sun. Your water bottle, mobile phone or bits and pieces can be stored in this side pocket and are always close at hand. The frame is made of solid metal and makes the easy-care construction extremely stable. It can take loads of up to 150 kg. In the case of changing weather conditions, it should still be covered or stored because the influence of permanent wetness and scratches in the coating can cause rust.

The chair is already ready to use, no reassembling is necessary. I chose that model because of the kgr capacity. It seems really sturdy. But time will tell. I would probably chose a broader one but so far is good.. Anna. Tuam, Gal. Mon Jun 13 2022
