Hi the parasol is so nice but when I buyed I red q&a it says the base comes with it but I only received part of my order base is still not here very hopeless Hi I was never able to use it because of not buying base I asked once which base is suitable but never worked out it i would like if instead I claim because it’s under 3 years protection plan could you please help me out and send me suitable base for this as compensation thanks As I am a disabled person and suffer with fibromyalgia I mostly can’t manage things in time and properly I can’t even manage to work out the suitable base and accurate thing in this summer I would like to use it can you please recommend the base for me I needed it by today so can buy for my big day on 6-6-25.
