The item looked good and was bigger than I thought, it was sold as an 'all year gazebo' that could be left up for the summer months. We put it up for the first time one afternoon, the next day it was windy and rainy, but was confident the gazebo would hold, we had it pegged down at the feet and with guy roles, but steel poles broke in two places the next morning. Sadly not as strong as implied. I did a return request on line - pretty straight forward BUT then to be charged to return the item that was not fit for purpose does not seem fair!. Anyways that's the end of that!. Rachel. Bristol, GB. Mon May 03 2021

Just purchased this & put it together by myself. I bought this particular one because I liked it had the rails where all around the gazebo instead of just the corners. It was pretty easy to assemble & only took me a few hours. I had the whole bottom frame assembled then started on the top. One of the posts from the top was bent. You cant just get another one shipped to you & they only offer you a partial refund for it which I didnt bother. So I'm stuck with it. Also got to the point of putting the canopy on & it was easy until I got to the the last part. I couldn't get it to stretch on to it so I had to wait till my husband got home & he struggled with it too but FINALLY got it on without ripping it. I have mine on my cement patio by our pool & all in all it's a beautiful gazebo for the price & I would definitely recommend buying it.. Denise. Wellington, OH. Mon Jun 08 2020

The gazebo looks nice once assembled and provides good shade, but the quality is disappointing. The materials feel quite cheap and not as sturdy as expected. Assembly was also much more difficult than advertised – it took my husband almost the entire day to put together, and some parts were frustrating to align and fit properly. Another major issue is that after rain, water collects on the canopy instead of draining away. The roof sags under the weight of the water, and we have to manually remove it. This is a poor design flaw for an outdoor gazebo. Overall, it looks good from a distance and serves its purpose, but considering the quality of the materials, the difficult assembly, and the water pooling problem, I don’t think it offers great value for money. I would only recommend it if you’re prepared for a long installation process and some ongoing maintenance.. Anonymous. Fri May 29 2026
